FACE Middle East Assists Al Seer Group With New 10,000sq metre DC’

http://www.hazeng.co.uk/images/stories/Al%20Seer%20Group-Long%20Strip%20Construction%20.JPGAl Seer Group (ASG) commissioned FACE Middle East Fzc (FACE ME) to assist in the design and construction of the floor for their new Distribution Centre (DC) in Barka, Oman.   Established for 48 years, ASG is one of the pioneers in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods distribution in the Gulf Cooperation Council region with capabilities to service all types of Retail and Institutional clients.  The new DC is expected to be the first in a series of expansion plans for ASG.

Work started on the first DC in Oman for ASG which required 10,000sq metre of SuperFlat floor to be built. 25% of the warehouse will be used as a Freezer Store, 25% as wide aisles and the rest as narrow aisles.  The VNA plan included 11 aisles, each measuring at 66 metres long.

ECOM AC Portable Emissions Analyzer
The ECOM-AC emission analyser measures six gases and calculates all the common combustion parameters. It is a versatile and highly reliable tool for measuring the exhaust gases of virtually any fossil fuel fired combustion source. The AC can be used for maintenance and troubleshooting of commercial and industrial combustion systems, such as steam boilers, burners in process heaters, liquid and gaseous fuel fired reciprocating engines and turbines, and performance testing of combustion and pollution control devices. Known for its quick response, the AC analyser incorporates a high flow pump, a radiant gas cooler and a self-draining moisture trap to properly cool the gas samples and deliver precise samples to the sensors. Other features include a large, back-lit LCD display, on-board impact printer and automatic fresh air purge.

Testo Flue Gas Analyzer Model 300M
The Testo 300M flue gas analyzer is designed for day-to-day boiler and burner efficiency tuning of residential furnaces. User-friendly features include a large LCD display that lets you read the data while making furnace adjustments, and a handy infrared printer produces hard copy results on site. You can save and print at the touch of a button. The datalogging memory of this small, handheld unit holds up to 20 complete measurements.

Testo 350 XL Portable Emission Analyzer
Now available on rental or hire from Ashtead Technology the Testo 350 XL. With sample conditioning technology and electrochemical sensors, the Testo 350 XL is designed for short-term industrial stack gas monitoring, combustion analysis and Flue Gas Monitoring. The analyzer measures Oxygen (0 to 25%), Carbon Monoxide (0 to 10,000 ppm), Nitric Oxide (0 to 3,000 ppm), Nitrogen Dioxide (0 to 500 ppm), Sulfur Dioxide (0 to 5,000 ppm) and Temperature (-40 to 2,192 F) and calculates Carbon Dioxide (0 to CO2 max. volume %) and Efficiency (0 to 100%). The readings can be printed on board or saved by PC downloading. A complete Peltier gas preparation unit for controlled condensate removal is also standard.

Testo 330-2 Flue Gas Analyser
The new flue gas analyser generation offers Customer Service and Service Technicians all the features required to completely carry out the measurement tasks at hand. Regardless of whether in the context of breakdowns or emergencies, during the monitoring of legal limit values or during daily maintenance assignments, testo 330-2 is a reliable partner for the complete spectrum of measurement tasks. With the option of carrying out NOlow measurements on lowNOx burner systems, this check although not compulsory, but relevant for the environment - can be completed to highest efficiency levels.

Horiba PG250 Gas Analyser
This latest gas analyzer is both portable and MCERTS approved. Capable of measuring five components, the new Horiba PG-250 is a highly reliable and versatile gas analyzer for compliance testing of NOx, SO2, CO, CO2, and O2. The tactile keypad guides the operator through the various functions of the analyzer. The remote display feature makes the J2K an ideal emission analyzer where combustion controls are located away from the flue test port on large combustion systems. The J2K can be fitted with up to 5 gas sensors to measure O2, CO, NO, NO2, SO2, and Combustibles, along with gas and ambient temperatures, stack draft & pressure, plus calculations of CO2, efficiency, excess air, and oxygen correction to 20%.

Horiba VIA-510 Gas Analyzer
The Horiba VIA-510 series of general-purpose gas analyzers provide continuous monitoring of concentrations of the specific sample gas. The analyzers can be operatee from controls on the front panel or by commands from remote computer. Measurement results are displayed on the front panel and are available to remote data logging systems through an industry-standard interface.

ECOM J2KN Portable Emission Analyzer
The ECOM J2KN is the “heavy-duty” version of the J2K, with the analyzer and all of it’s outstanding features built into a rugged hard-side, aluminum reinforced case.
