ABAX launches updated driving behaviour safety tool to include idling

Overview of the new Driving Behaviour feature dashboard

ABAX has launched new updates to their Driving Behaviour tool which initially launched in January 2019.

The tool has been designed to improve efficiency and safety for fleets, however this has now been further updated to include other features such as idling which will further help businesses to reduce not only their fuel costs but also CO2 emissions. Other updates include:

  • Simpler scoring system from 0-100
  • Complete redesign of the admin view
  • Overview of driving patterns from your dashboard
  • Driver app which provides tips on how your drivers can improve their driving

The ABAX Driving Behaviour tool allows businesses to see an overview of the driving style for each of our drivers and scores them on 5 driving factors, accelerating, braking, harsh left turn, harsh right turn and idling.

Kevin Bull, UK Sales Director has said, “this update to our already popular Driving Behaviour feature will help businesses to not only reduce their fuel costs, maintenance costs and increase productivity but also reduce the amount of CO2 emissions their vehicle emit. We’re really looking forward to presenting this to all new and existing customers in 2020”.
